First & foremost you have to apply in prescribed form & get a business kit. As soon as you buy the kit,you are provided with an ID.No. Now, you have become a family member of SOBM & you can build your team by introducing further two members and expand your team.

After Setting apart profit of your colleague from profits of group business, the residual is your progressive commission.
Let us elucidate it with an Example -
1st MONTH -
Imagine in this month your "A" Group total business is 1,10,000 bv and the total business of "B" group is 90,000 bv so your total business 2,00,000.
Your total profit is 25% of 2,00,000 bv   50,000/-
(-)The profit of Group "A" is 20% of 1,10,000 bv   22,000/-
(-)The profit of Group "B" is 17.5% of 90,000 bv   15,750/-
For 1st month your net profit (on the basis of difference) is   12,250/-
2nd MONTH -
Your net progressive commission slab is constant on 25% now imagine that the total business of "A" group in second month is 70,000 bv and business of "B" group is 50,000 bv
Total business of both group.   Rs. 1,20,000 bv
Your total group business (2,00,000+1,20,000)
means 25% progressive commission slab.
  Rs. 3,20,000 bv
Your total group profit is 25% of 1,20,000 bv   30,000/-

Total business of group "A"
- 1,10,000+70,000 = 1,80,000 bv means 22.5% progressive commission slab.
(-) Group "A" profit is 22.5% of 70,000 bv 15,750/-

Total business of group "B" -
90,000+50,000 = 1,40,000 bv means 20% progressive commission slab.
(-) Group "B" profit is 20% of 50,000 bv 10,000/- For 2nd Month your net profit 4,250/- (on the basis of difference)

  IN EVERY MONTH 2% ACTIVE ROYALTY OF BV (OF JOINING) WILL DISTRIBUTE.
  *YOUR A LINE AND B LINE BV MUST BE IN 1:2 OR 2:1 RATIO(MIN BV IS 10000/-:20000/- OR 20000/-:10000 /- RATIO) AND YOUR TOTAL BV OF THAT MONTH SHOULD BE MIN. 30000/-. COMPANY DISTRIBUTES 2% ACTIVE ROYALTY ON THE BASIS OF RATIO AMONG THOSE DISTRIBUTOR.

All distributors who reach their both group (A,B) 25%-25% individually, then they are entitled to get Single Line Star Royalty on their Monthly Group Business volume on difference basis as mentioned below -

*If your both A & B line qualifies for 25% slab & you don't have any star achiever in your down line then you will be called Star achiever & you will be entitled for 1% of your group turnover on monthly basis.

If in your A and B line One Star is there. you are entitled to get 2% of your group turnover on difference basis. If Any month in your B line your business is nil then also you are entitled to get 2% of your group turnover on difference basis but in your both line one Silver Star achiever should be there.

If you have business in your "C" line. The business of "C" line and achievers will be added in your weaker line.

DIAMOND STAR
If in your A & B Line 1-1 Emerald Star is there, you are entitled to get 0.5% of Company Turnover. If more that 1 Diamond Star is there Company will distribute the amount equally among such distributors.
DOUBLE DIAMOND STAR
If in your A & B Line 1-1 Diamond Star and in C Line 1 Emerald Star is there, you are entitled to get 0.5% of Company Turnover. If more that 1 Diamond Star is there Company will distribute the amount equally among such distributors.
All distributors who reach their both group (A,B) 25% individually, then they are entitled to get 4% royalty of B.V. of company for that month. In case of more than one distributors, royalty will be in proportion to their B.V.

1. Take minimum 2 meetings every month and minimum 25 in a year as assigned by the company. In the absence of assignment the distributor shall take meeting after obtaining the approval of company.
2. Any other condition for which company deemed to be beneficial in the interest of business as a whole will be applicable.

Dear Distributor,
We are glad to inform you that the decision taken by the company in the welfare of distributor is highly appreciated all over India. Now company has decided to establish different types of clubs for the welfare of distributor. After joining the club you can get up to 1% extra commission.
There are four types of clubs mentioned here under:-

1. Welcome Club: - For those distributor who purchase SOBM products worth 1,000 D.P. regularly on monthly basis.
2. Achiever Club: - For those distributor who purchase SOBM products worth 2000 D.P. regularly on monthly basis.
3. Winner Club :- For those distributor who purchase SOBM products worth 5,000 D.P. regularly on monthly basis.
4. Champion Club:- For those distributor who purchase SOBM products worth 10,000 D.P. regularly on monthly basis.

1. Welcome Club: - To join Welcome club distributor has to purchase SOBM products worth 1,000 D.P. in his Distributorship ID for continuous three months & he will be entitled for all the facility of Welcome club from fourth month. Distributor will be honoured by the welcome pin in all mega events, Seminar, Utsav organized by the company & he will get separate sitting arrangement in all events organized by the company. Distributor has to purchase products of 1,000 D.P. every month after becoming the Welcome Club member.
2. Achiever Club: - To join achiever club distributor has to purchase SOBM products worth 2000 D.P. in his Distributorship ID for continuous three months & from fourth month he will be entitled for all the facility of welcome club as well as company will provide free stay (Three days & two nights) in five star hotel to participate in leadership development program organized by the company. Distributor has to purchase products of 2000 D.P. every month after becoming the achiever club member.
3. Winner Club :- To join winner club distributor has to purchase SOBM products worth 5000 D.P. in his Distributorship ID for continuous three months & from fourth month he will be provided free stay at five star hotel (three days & 2 nights) with his wife to participate in L.D.P. organized by the company. Also he will get 0.50% commission of company turnover from fourth month as Winner Club royalty.
Royalty will be distributed among all members of winner club on his own repurchase business volume ratio. Distributor has to purchase products of 5000 D.P. every month after becoming the Winner Club member.
4. Champion Club:- To join Champion Club distributor has to purchase SOBM products worth 10,000 D.P. in his Distributorship ID for continuous three months & from fourth month he will be provided all the facility of welcome club as well as he will get 0.50% commission of company turnover as Champion's Club royalty.
Royalty will be distributed among all member of Champion Club according to his own repurchase business volume ratio. Also the company will provide an international tour package to top ten Champion Club members with highest repurchase in a year. Distributor has to purchase products of 10,000 D.P. every month after becoming the Champion Club member.
International Vacation Tour

Those Distributors who achieve the following Business between Ist Nov., 06 to Oct. 31, 2007 he will get one international tour package.
Distributors have to achieve super bonus (1% Slab) six times with in the time period mentioned above. In which he have to achieve super bonus 3 months regularly. He should be the member of achiever club & his star recognition must be Ruby Star.

 

 

S.O.B.M. Car Fund
SOBM has established Car Fund from Nov., 2006. The Company will deposit 1% of company turnover in Car Fund from Nov. 01, 2006 onwards. Those distributors who achieve the following business in one year, company will distribute the Car as bonanza to distributors by using Car Fund. The Model & make of Car depends on funding of car fund and no.of achievers .
Distributors have to achieve 6 times in super bonus (2% Slab) with in the time period mentioned above in which he has to achieve super bonus 3 months regularly. He should be the member of Winner club & his star recognition must be Sapphire Star.

S.O.B.M. Villa Fund

SOBM has established Villa Fund from Nov., 06. The company will deposit 1% of company turnover in Villa Fund from Nov., 2006 onwards. Those distributors who achieve the following business in one year company will give Villa (Bunglow) as bonanza to distributors by using Villa Fund. The size of Bunglow depends on funding of Villa Fund and no. of achievers.
Distributors have to achieve 6 times in Super Bonus (2.50% Slab) within the time period mentioned above. In which he has to achieve super bonus 3 months regularly. He should be the member of Champion Club & his star Recognition must be Emerald Star.

 

Note:
1. Distributors shall be entitled for only one award and reward in One year.
2. Achievers of international vacation tour can go to the SOBM Car fund Award and Reward in second year.
3. Achievers of SOBM car fund can go to the SOBM Villa fund Award and Reward in second year.
4. The company will not give any Award and Reward repeatedly to any Distributor in any year.
